Explore Husky Leadership Certificate Student Leadership Portfolios

We have recently published several student leadership portfolios from the 2013-14 cohort of the Husky Leadership Certificate program. These students graciously share their portfolios which not only exhibit the leadership work they have been doing at UW but also reveal the personal philosophies they have developed and articulated over several months as part of the Husky Leadership Certificate program.

Students are assigned mentors to support their reflection and the crafting of their portfolios but they are responsible for the final product—the portfolio. For some students, the process of creating the portfolio is more valuable than the actual portfolio. For others, the portfolio may be used to inform graduate school applications, for example, or as a public testament to their leadership at the UW.

Visit our Husky Leadership Certificate program webpage for more information about what it means to participate as a student or a mentor.
